No millionaires will receive a tax cut (they will be dead). Those who will benefit are the tens of thousands of bereaved children and grandchildren and the deceased's favourite charities and causes. I would much rather see the money go to an orphan than to a politican to waste on construction project overspends (that would be you, Tessa). Isn't Jowell's "ex" a tax "planner"? What a hypocrite! She should focus on the Olympics and stop being a financial orphan botherer.
