We will:

Listen to a range of local organisations including the Vauxhall Gardens Estate Residents’ and Tenants’ Association, the Kennington Association, Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall (KOV) Forum, Friends of Durning Library, and Friends of Kennington Park.
Make it our job to find a solution to the continuing disuse of the Old Lilian Baylis Site and the Beaufoy Institute. Unlike labour, we will not reject sensible community proposals just because they conflict with socialist ideology nor put the onus on the community to find solutions. Labour sits on
its hands. We will take action.
Work with residents associations to get the best out of the Lambeth Living ALMO prior to a ballot on the best way to run social housing.
